We trust our travelers and our drivers. The €10 deposit confirms your booking and covers our admin costs. The rest is paid in cash to your driver on arrival — in MAD or EUR, whatever's easier.

For airport pickups, we monitor your flight number and adjust the pickup time automatically — no extra fee. Just give us your flight details when booking. If your flight is cancelled or rescheduled by more than 6 hours, we re-book your taxi at no charge.

Per vehicle. The price stays the same whether you're 1 passenger or 4 (in the 4-seat taxi) or up to 7 (in the 7-seat taxi). Split it with your travel companions to make it cheaper than a shuttle bus.

For airport pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes after landing at no charge. For other pickups, we wait up to 15 minutes. Beyond that, additional waiting time is €5 per 30 minutes (paid in cash). Just message your driver via WhatsApp if you're delayed.

Yes. The €10 deposit is paid in EUR online, but you can pay your driver in either Moroccan Dirham (MAD) or Euros (EUR). The exchange rate used is roughly 1 EUR = 10 MAD (we apply the actual market rate at time of booking).

Yes. Quick photo stops or coffee breaks of 10–15 minutes are included on long trips. Longer stops (visiting a town for 1+ hour) can be arranged as a custom tour — just message us via WhatsApp for a quote.

You can change pickup time or location for free up to 6 hours before your trip. Cancellations more than 24 hours in advance are fully refunded. Inside 24 hours, the €10 deposit is non-refundable but we can move your booking to another date if space allows.
